At the helm of our company is a visionary duo – Jamie Kaplan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Iveth Jalinsky Kaplan, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). With a dynamic and innovative approach to leadership, Jamie and Iveth are passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience. They are committed to creating a greener and safer future for our planet by championing sustainable practices and eco-conscious initiatives. ​

Together they lead the company with a proactive, problem-solving approach, tackling challenges head-on with confidence, resilience, and a resolute commitment to finding effective and efficient solutions.

Jamie is the walking proof of tenacity, starting his career in the tow tractor business at the age of 13.

After finishing his degree in business management from the University of Texas, he started an import automotive part business servicing Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Porsche.

In 1996, Jamie became HARLAN’S President, after increasing the clientele from the U.S. military, he added to our portfolio a diverse worldwide group of military accounts. By 2000 he became HARLAN’s CEO to today!

He continues leading the Tow Tractor designs to meet the needs of the changing marketplace.

Jamie acquired several patents for HARLAN: the electric drive axle, a robust steer axle, and an electric park system that enhances safety. At present, he is also directing the engineering team to develop a novel electric hitch with activation and release, which will make the connection to towing tractors safer.

He led HARLAN to be a pioneer in sustainable, renewable, and green technologies, developing an electric conversion kit, as well as electric tractors powered by Lithium-Ion Phosphate Batteries.

Iveth joined HARLAN in 2022 with the clear goal of supporting & re-architecting the company to its next level of growth.

With 14 years leading Green Resources Technologies and its emerging Carbon Credit market, Iveth is utilizing this experience to gain multidimensional traction for HARLAN GLOBAL MANUFACTURING.

With decisions such as re-opening a multilingual revenue department, stressing a collaborative cultural shift within HARLAN's committed team, and having a new platform of Emissions 0 consciousness, HARLAN increased tractor sales by 49% in 2023.

A lot of the Strategies Iveth uses were attained from her studies at Stanford University School of Business, LBAN network, and Wharton University School of Business. Numerous articles about her career can be found on the web.

Donna joined Harlan Global Manufacturing in 2024, where she leads the planning, implementation, management, and oversight of all financial activities for the company.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ottawa University (Ottawa, KS) and an MBA from Baker University (Baldwin, KS).

A passionate advocate for her community, Donna is actively involved in a number of organizations. She serves as Chair and Class Coordinator of Leadership Franklin County through the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Friends of the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium, where she also volunteers her time managing the concession stand, and as Secretary of the Church Board at Ottawa Church of the Nazarene. In addition, she contributes her energy to two Chamber committees: the Ambassadors Committee and the Events and Activities Committee.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Donna finds joy in spending time with her grandchildren and supporting them in their many sports activities.
